Codefrog Cookiebar in Contao 3.5.31 trackt trotzdem

Hallo zusammen,
habe ein Problem mit einer älteren Contao 3.5.31 Version.
Hier möchte ich die Codefrog Cookiebar einbinden. Es ist ja nicht getan, dass man nur in der Cookiebar die "Add the analytics checkbox" aktiviert.
Ich habe zwar die analytics_google.html5 angepasst (hier in Fettdruck), aber irgendwie wird der Code weiter getrackt.
Ich habe es so verstanden:
