htaccess htm zu html umschreiben gelöst!

Hallo,
bei google tauchen noch Seiten auf mit xyz.htm !
wenn ich xyz.html aufrufe, dann funktioniert die 404 er Weiterleitung.

Was muß ich in die htaccess eintragen, das die htm in html umgeschrieben wird.

Gibt es für Contao 4 auch eine Lösung? Die obere klappt bei mir leider nicht, es wird nicht auf html weitergeleitet und wenn ich die Zeile um [R=301,L] ergänze, wie es in der htaccess ein paar Zeilen tiefer steht, dann wird der Pfad auf dem Server mit in die URL gesetzt: domain.de/kunden/homepages/17/d13571408/htdocs/contao4/web/datei.htm

Mit der Contao Version hat das nichts (direkt) zu tun. Poste die gesamte .htaccess deines aktuellen Versuchs.

Sorry, ich musste an eine Terminsache und konnte noch nicht wieder reingucken ...

Also, dass es nicht an Contao liegt ist mir schon klar ;) aber evtl. daran wie Contao jetzt funktioniert, eben durch den neuen Web-Ordner und, dass dort alles über die app.php läuft.

Der Code von joerg-t, wie er oben steht, um von htm auf html weiterzuleiten, ist jetzt nicht mehr drin, da er nicht funktioniert hat, ich hatte ihn aber kurz nach RewriteEngine On stehen.

Du solltest deine Domain Redirects und auch den html zu html Redirect direkt nach RewriteEngine On geben.

Leider findet keine Weiterleitung statt ich habe bei Google zB eine /anfrage.htm die unter /anfrage.html existiert, aber scheinbar nicht über diese Code-Zeile erfasst wird.

Ich mag diese htaccess-Datei nicht, breche mir dabei immer einen ab ... dabei ist es nicht so, dass ich nicht auch viel forsche vorher, aber das hier hat mir echt einen Knoten im Gehirn verursacht ;)
