Probleme bei Installation (1und1 nach Contao Community Documentation)

Hallo, ich habe schon einige male Contao bzw. Typolight installiert, habe nun aber ein Problem bei 1und1, obwohl ich mich strikt an die Anleitung aus der Contao Community DOcumentation gehalten habe: Sobald ich install.php aufrufen möchte, erhalte ich folgende Fehlermeldung:

Habe es sowohl mit der .htaccess.default, als auch mit der zweizeiligen .htaccess versucht. Habt ihr eine Idee?
