Formular Funktioniert nicht....Errormeldung

Hallo Community,

ich als Laie bin mal wieder unterwegs die mir hinterlassene Homepage zu reparieren.

Ein Kunde hat mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht, dass das Kontaktformular auf der HP nicht geht.

Nach einem eigenen Test erhalte ich folgendes:

Nun habe ich in dem Backend geschaut, als Empfänger email ist eine andere Adresse eingetragen, welche auch funktioniert.
Die tobias.kalder@peoplesource.de hatte ich abgemeldet.

woran kann das nun liegen bzw wie löse ich das Problem.

Failed to authenticate on SMTP server

Der Versand der E-Mails läuft über einen externen SMTP .. und dort wird versucht sich mit den hinterlegten Daten anzumelden, was nicht erfolgreich ist.
Siehe im Backend "Einstellungen" -> "SMTP-Einstellungen"

hab es geändert und nun kam das:

Die hinterlegten SMTP-Daten stimmen nicht überein.

Das habe ich der weiss es leider auch nicht mehr.
bei ms hab ich auch schon angerufen, der mensch war irgendwie ein wenig unbeholfen und wusste nicht was der smtp host name ist usw....

Naja, welche Daten fehlen dir denn? Die meisten wirst du über Outlook selbst rausfinden, so in etwa "Extras->Kontoeinstellungen" usw. Bis auf das Passwort. Dafür gibt es aber auch Tools, die das aus Outlook auslesen können.

naja bei contao einstellungen smtp wollen die ja den hostnamen (smtp.office365.com), benutzername (birguel.mutluoglu@peoplesource.de vorher die tobias....adresse), passwort (selbst eingegeben), verschlüsselung (Tls oder ssl, beides schon probiert) und port (587). und anscheinend ist davon etwas falsch.

Laut https://support.office.com/en-us/art...3-8e7113525f6c ist es auf jeden Fall TLS mit Port 587. Jetzt musst du nur noch sicherstellen, dass der Benutzername und das Passwort richtig ist.

Vielen Dank, das Problem ist halb gelösst.
die anfrage wird versendet, kunde bekommt bestätigung im front und per mail und mail an mich geht auch, zwar ist die versendete adresse noch die alte aber es stört mich jetzt erstmal nicht
