Creat interface with Apache web-server with python 3.3+ or VHS

We are a research project that uses a Contao-based web page (http://www.issiceu.eu). As for now, we only use it to display some information about the project. Now, however, we plan to create a more advanced user interface and wonder whether we can do this on the same server and through our current CMS.

What we want to do is:
To provide an interface that allows for the following: after successful login, users will create filters using web-interface. These filters will be processed by a python back-end and appropriate information from the database will be returned to user. User then will be given an option to download database slice corresponding to given filters.

What we need for this in technical terms is: We will need hosted Apache web-server with python 3.3+ support, or a virtual host server (VHS), so that we can configure our own Apache web-server. Depending on a previous choice, it is necessary to have either FTP (file transfer protocol) credentials to the hosted web-server or SSH access keys to the VHS and SSL certificate.
