kann die Fehlermeldung in der Logdatei nicht deuten:

Hatte das gleiche Problem. Hast du numero2/contao-proper-filenames installiert? Wenn ja, eventuell mal deinstallieren

Sehe nicht was die Erweiterung tun sollte um den Fehler zu produzieren.
Falls Du es reproduzieren kannst leg gerne ein Issue an.

Ich hatte beim Updateprozess der 4.14 auf die 4.13.52 folgenden Fehler:

parse error: syntax error, unexpected ',' in /usr/www/users/xxx/CONTAO/xxx/4.9.x/update/vendor/numero2/contao-proper-filenames/src/Command/CleanFilesCommand.php on line 41 Script @php vendor/bin/contao-setup handling the post-install-cmd event returned with error code 255

Nachdem ich dann die Erweiterung deinstalliert habe und dann das update gemacht habe, hat alles funktioniert.

Das ist ein anderer Fehler und liegt daran, dass du noch auf PHP 7.4 warst.
