Netcologne | This PHP CGI binary was compiled with force-cgi-redirect enabled

Hallo Gemeinde,

ich habe für eine Schule ehrenamtlich eine Webseite mit Contao 4.9 erstellt. Jetzt hat der Hoster (Netcologne) die Schule informiert, dass die Webseite auf einen neuen Server umziehen muss und dass Contao dort nicht läuft. Auf meine Nachfrage wurde mir gesagt, dass der Installationsversuch auf dem neuen Hosting mit dieser Fehlermeldung quittiert wird:

Kann mir jemand sagen, was es damit auf sich hat und ob es eine Chance gibt, das irgendwie in den Griff zu kriegen?
Ich bin für jeden Hinweis dankbar, da ich der Schule gerne helfen möchte.

Netcologne müsste halt eine PHP-CLI Binary zur Verfügung stellen für die Nutzung von PHP in der Konsole. Was hier genutzt wird ist das PHP für den Webprozess und somit nicht für Konsolenprozesse gedacht. Vielleicht haben sie auch einfach nur das falsche PHP-Binary ausgewählt im Manager.
