Leerer Kasten bei Aufruf der Bilddateiauswahl

Hallo zusammen,

seit Kurzen erscheint bei meinem Contao wenn ich ein Bild auswählen und einfügen will ein weißer Kasten ohne die Übersicht der Dateien und Ordner. Siehe Bild: problem.jpg

Was kann ich dagegen tun?

Ich hoffe ihr könnt mir weiterhelfen!

Hast Du vielleicht gerade ein Update gemacht?
Schalt doch mal die Fehlermeldungen ein. Einen vergleichbaren Fall hatte ich letztens erst.

Du bist doch lang genug dabei und solltest das eigentlich mittlerweile wissen.
Schau in den Einstellungen.

Aber da sich das mit dem Update bestätigt hat, denke ich mal es ist folgendes passiert:
Das Update ist Fehlgeschlagen.
Du mußt es also nochmal sauber durchführen, dann funktioniert die Seite wieder.
Das Mittel meiner Wahl wäre ein manuelles Update.

Habe nun ein Update nochmal durchgeführt. Doch immer noch das gleiche Problem.
Kann es sein, dass es hilft wenn ich die Datei in der die Dateiverwaltung konfiguriert ist, mal lösche und wieder neue darauf speichere?

Dann ist Dein Update wieder fehlgeschlagen.
Mach die Fehlermeldungen an, Du wirst sicher in den Fenster wieder eine oder die gleiche Fehlermeldung haben.

Nein, ich denke das wird nicht helfen.
In meinem Fall war es ein manuelles Update, dass geholfen hat, nicht das automatische.

Ich habe ein manuelles Update gemacht.
Ich habe die Dateien selber per FTP aktualisiert, ist das richtig?

Dabei hast Du wahrscheinlich alte Dateien zurück behalten.
Lösche alle Dateien ausser

/files/
/templates/
localconfig und ggf anderes das Du noch brauchst.

Dann die aktuellen Dateien hochladen und erneut ein Update machen.

Die Inhalte der Datenbank werden aber dann nicht berrührt oder gelöscht?

Die Datenbank wird beim Update angepasst. Inhalte des Cores bleiben erhalten, aber die Struktur wird entsprechend der neuen Bedürfnisse geändert.
Ein Backup ist jedoch trotzdem immer eine gute Idee.

So, jetzt habe ich ein wie beschrieben das manuelle Update durchgeführt.

Allerdings kommt seitdem, wenn ich die Website aufrufen will: Die Meldung mit unvollständiger Installation und auf der Seite /contao install.php:

Fatal error: Class 'Database\' not found in /mnt/web6/e1/29/52012529/htdocs/system/modules/core/library/Contao/Database.php on line 161

In diesem beschriebenem Dokument steht in dieser Zeile das: static::$arrInstances[$strKey] = new $strClass($arrConfig);

Was ich kann ich jetzt unternehmen, dass es wieder funktioniert?

Hast Du mit dem Contao-Check mal geprüft welche Daten alles Fehlen?

So wie das aussieht hast Du wieder ein Update gemacht, dass nicht vollständig ist.

Das kann schon sein, aber ich habe es so befolgt wie du es mir beschrieben hast.

Ich habe jetzt noch mal zwei weitere Update durchgeführt, und immer noch gibt es Probleme.

Warum kommen nun auf einmal so viele Fehlermeldungen?

Ich weis nicht wie genau Du das update gemacht hast und ob oder wie Du benötigte Templates und Module berücksichtigt hast, die verwendet wurden.
Aktuell fehlt mindestens das Template "nav_superfish_horizontal".

Irgendwas wirst Du bei Deinem Update weiterhin falsch machen.

Allerdings bringt meine Glaskugel diese Info nicht so einfach hervor.

Sicher hast du aber vor Deinen Updates ein Backup gemacht dass Du im zweifel wieder einspielen kannst.
Ebenfalls gehe ich davon aus, dass die Domain keine Liveseite ist, auf der Du einfach mal ein Update geklickt hast.
Auch hier bisT Du lang genug dabei, dass Du den Hinweis schon oft genug gehört haben solltest.

Beachte auch, daß beim Upload der Dateien per FTP Fehler auftreten können. Gab es Verbindungsabbrüche? Wurden Dateien nicht binär übertragen?
Ich hatte auch schon mal bei einem Update Verbindungsabbrüche und Dateien wurden nicht vollständig übertragen. Das alles ruft solche Fehler hervor.

Das was mich schon die ganze Zeit irritiert ist, dass es ja wohl schon mehrere Versuche des Updates gab.
Ich glaube da weniger dran, dass immer wieder Dateien "falsch" hochgeladen werden, es sei denn die Quelldatei ist fehlerhaft.
Da ja zwischendurch auch schon mal der gesamte Core gelöscht wurde, werden es wohl auch keine Reste alter Dateien oder aus dem Cache sein.

Also erst einmal würde ich - wie schon bemerkt - schauen was der Contaocheck sagt.
Wenn es dort keine Fehler gibt, würde ich mal nur den Core von Contao starten
Dazu in der localconfig.php folgendes eintragen um zu überprüfen, ob der Core von Contao fehlerfrei läuft.

PHP-Code:

Wenn das funktioniert, die Erweiterungen einzeln zuschalten und damit testen welche Erweiterung den Fehler verursacht.

Eine weitere Möglichkeit die ich bei so etwas immer in Erwägung ziehe.
Ursprungszustand über Backup wieder herstellen und von vorn beginnen ggf. auf einem lokalen Server.
