Google Maps in Contao 4

Hallo zusammen

Ich bin gerade daran eine Webseite mit Contao 4 zu erstellen. Unter anderem auf der Kontaktseite möchte ich eine Google Map anzeigen.
Die Extension konnte ich runterladen und installieren.

Jetzt habe ich aber das Problem, dass bei der Erstellung der Karte eine Fehlermeldung erscheint.
Und zwar erkennt es die Formate für die Anzeigemasse nicht, egal ob px, pcnt oder em angewählt ist. Es steht "Ein Fehler ist aufgetreten. Ungültige Auswahl: em"

Gibt es dafür irgendeine Lösung? Hat schon einmal jemand in Contao 4 Google Maps benutzt?

Man kann doch sowieso die Extensions nur über Composer installieren oder?
Ich habe sie jetzt mal deinstalliert und neu installiert, es funktioniert aber immer noch nicht.

Installation failed, reverting ./composer.json to its original content.

Die Extension wurde nicht wirklich bzw. nur falsch für Contao 4 freigegeben, daher kannst du sie auch nicht auf diesem Weg installieren. Siehe https://github.com/delahaye/dlh_googlemaps/pull/73

Danke Dir Spooky für die Info! Gibt es eine Alternative zu der Extension? Das heisst Contao 4 ohne Google Maps - undenkbar!

Gibt es für das Problem (Anlegen der Map - speichern nicht möglich) inzwischen einen Fix?

Das Problem scheint immer noch zu bestehen.
Gibt es da schon ein Update?

Es müsste ja mit dem eval im DCA des ImageSize zusammenhängen oder?

Beobachte es auch noch in Contao 4.4.0 bei dlh_googlemaps 2.2.0 nach manuellem Update (Dateien kopiert).

Es gibt mittlerweile ein Update für die Originalversion:

Ich weiss, ich war 'verschollen' (das ganze letzte Jahr war sehr spannend), aber es gibt jetzt eine neue Version. Habe auch eben einen passenden Post hier im Forum hinterlassen. Etliche Änderungen aus der heimrichhannot-Variante habe ich einfließen lassen (danke dafür) und auch die Versionsnummer so angepasst , dass die mit diesem Fork in Reihe bleiben.

Hi,
ich habe Contao 4.4 und auch das delahaye/dlh_googlemaps installiert. Da es im Contao-Manager sichtbar war gehe ich davon aus, dass es kompatibel ist. Ich kann im Backend auch alles anklicken, eine Karte erstellen mit dem Zielpunkt und bei System/Einstellungen und im Seitenstartpunkt den Api Key eingeben.
Auf der Webseite wird die Karte allerdings nicht geladen. Konsole sagt ("kein API Key"). Nach verzweifelten suchen wurde dann spekuliert, dass das was mit google api v2 und v3 zu tun hat und es wurde ein neuer Key generiert. Nun kommt die Fehlermeldung (google is not defined). Das ist üblicherweise das Problem wenn das Script snippet <script src="https://maps.googleapis.com/maps/api/js?key=YOUR_KEY></script> fehlt.
