Benutzer langsam + Timeout

Hallo zusammen,

ich habe einen ganz merkwürdigen Fehler.
Ich habe einem Kunden in Contao einen Benutzer angelegt und die Rechte so vergeben wie ich sie bei einem anderen Kunden bereits erfolgreich und Problemlos eingesetzt habe.
Der Kunde hat sich heute gemeldet u mir gesagt:

Login ist soweit schnell, aber sobald auf „artikel“ geklickt wird, gibt es sehr häufig Timeouts.
Mit 1und1 hab ich schon gesprochen. Die sind sich keiner Schuld bewusst.

Ich habe mich dann als der Benutzer eingeloggt und tatsächlich, wenn ich "artikel" anklicke kommt das Rädchen, aber es passiert gaaaaarnichts - es arbeitet nur..
Ich habe dem Benutzer dann mal test weise schnell zum Admin gemacht und als er nochmal eingeloggt: Gleiches Ergebnis.

Und wie verhält sich "Artikel" wenn Du Dich mit Deinem Account eingeloggt hast? Was steht im error.log? Wurden bestimmte Artikel zuletzt bearbeitet?

wenn ich als admin in "artikel" gehe, dauert es ne sekunde, dann bin ich aber drin.

Du verwendest anscheinend noch den alten Datenbanktreiber MySql. Stelle per install-tool um auf MySqli (mit i am Ende).

Prüfe in den Einstellungen die Standard-Zugriffsrechte.

Ich hatte schon mal den Fall, das ein Benutzer den Nachrichtenteaser abgeschossen hat, nachdem er ein großes Bild über die Zwischenablage direkt im TinyMCE eingefügt hat. Danach ging gar nichts mehr in BE und FE, wo dieser Teaser geladen werden sollte.

Wenn die aktuelle Artikelansicht des betroffenen Benutzers so lange braucht und Deine Artikelansicht nicht, dann haben wohl beide Benutzer unterschiedliche Artikelansichten. Einfach oben auf den Benutzernamen klicken und Sitzungsdaten löschen. Danach kannst Du Dich weiter auf die Suche nach der Ursache machen. Ich vermute ein beschädigtes Inhaltselement oder Artikel, der Contao in eine Endlosschleife zwingt.

ich habe jetzt diesen internen cache geleert des users u dann konnte ich –*als er eingeloggt –*normal die artikel aufrufen. mal abwarten ob es wieder auftritt.
