mp_forms - Form not visible

I have installed this extension with the haste extension.
I created a form and inserted the mp_form module.
The frontend shows the step navigation menu, the label step 1, but I do not see the form.
What can I check?

I have just tested the extension in Contao 4.4.2 with COD demo – it works like a charm so far.

Did you add the new form field "Page break" where the form should get a page break?
Did you remove or disable the regular submit form field?

I did a test with a clean 3.5.28 Contao installation and even here I do not see the fields.
That it is a bug?

Hi Paolob,

did you create at least two pagebreak elements (the "pagebreak" itself and the closing "submit-pagebreak")?
I had the same problem (with C4) and this solved it.
