Leider musst du für diese Operation ein komplettes Composer update ausführen.
Das verstehe ich jetzt nicht: Ich habe Contao von 4.6.2 auf 4.6.2 inkl. einer DB-Tabelle aktualisiert und plötzlich klappt es mit heimrichhannot/contao-input-counter-bundle
Nun läuft das BE nicht mehr, das FE schon.
In "Öffnen Sie die aktuelle Log-Datei im Ordner var/logs bzw. app/logs und suchen Sie die zugehörige Fehlermeldung (normalerweise die letzte)." steht nichts drin.
Nachtrag: plötzlich zeigt mir der Manager 4.6.3 an.

Geht das mit dem Manager oder nur per SSH - wie?
Ich habe composer.json, composer.lock und composer.phar (in grün) im root neben dem web-Ordner liegen. composer wird aber nicht gefunden

Ich habe die heimrichhannot-Pakete entfernt und komme jetzt wieder ins BE.
Das composer-Update klappt immer noch nicht.
Ich werde nie ein Freund von dem Ding.

Das Problem ist, dass durch die Installation von Contao 4.6 das Symfony Framework in Version 4 benutzt wird. Das Paket, dass du installieren willst, verlangt aber nach Version 3.4. Prinzipiell ist das kein Problem - die Symfony Pakete können ohne weiteres auf 3.4 down gegradet werden.
Aber: bei der Installation neuer Pakete führt der Contao Manager nur ein composer require command aus, bei dem Pakete dann nicht ggf. automatisch downgegradet werden können. Das führt dann zu diesem Konflikt.
