    Standard Hardwareupgrade bei 1&1 / jetzt "Internal Server Error" mit .htaccess von Contao?

    Hallo,

    bei einem Kunden von mir hat 1&1 gestern im Shared-Hosting wohl ein neues Blade installiert und irgendeine Konfig-Einstellung im Hosting ist jetzt nicht mehr 1:1 wie vorher. Folge: das Contao-htaccess-File (unveränderte Default-Version!) produziert nun einen "Internal Server Error", vorher war alles in Ordnung. Die Quelle htaccess-File lässt sich daher eingrenzen, weil ein Umbenennen der Datei dazu führt, dass 1. Der Server-Error weg ist und 2. das Backend wieder nutzbar ist. Das Frontend natürlich wegen fehlender Auflösung der Ordner-URLs nicht. Umschalten auf "index.php? ..." nur ungern wegen Suchmaschinen und unschöner Links.

    Weiß jemand, welche Regel im htaccess-File den Fehler verursacht bzw. hat Erfahrung mit einem solchen Hosting-Upgrade bei 1&1 und was zu tun ist?

    Im Forum bzw. mit Google konnte ich leider nichts finden.

    Es hat bis Samstag (vor dem Hardware-Upgrade) funktioniert, danach (trotz unveränderter Konfiguration) nicht mehr.

    Welche Contao Version ist das? Sieht nach einer sehr alten .htaccess aus.

    Prinzipiell sehe ich aber davon abgesehen auf Anhieb keinen Fehler in der .htaccess.

    Kannst du nicht in die Error-Logs des Apache reinschauen? Da steht üblicherweise drin, was die Ursache ist.

    Contao 3.5.35, also eigentlich die neueste Version der 3.5.x-Reihe.
    PHP 7.1, aber das sollte eigentlich egal sein, oder?

    1&1 schreibt beim Shared-Hosting zwar diverse (Access-)Logfiles, aber keine Error-Logs, zumindest wüsste ich nicht wo?!

    Ich denke mal @Spooky meint die .htaccess, die wohl von einer deutlich älteren Version stammt.

    Unabhängig von deinem Problem solltest du deine .htaccess auf den neuesten Stand bringen .

    Hast Du in der PHP Info überprüft, welche Module geladen werden?

    Ich würde mal versuchen,

    ...
    
    </IfModule>
    auszukommentieren und - falls das Problem weiterhin auftritt - auch andere Direktiven in der .htaccess zu deaktivieren. So sollte man doch schnell rausfinden, wo das Problem liegt.

    Ok, habe die aktuelle .htaccess aus der 3.5.35 Version auf den Server gespielt und jetzt geht es wieder! :-) Keine Ahnung, was da in der alten .htaccess den Apache seit gestern durcheinander gebracht hat. Werde mal einen Zeilenvergleich machen, interessiert mich einfach, woran es lag!

    Ja, das wäre wahrscheinlich der nächste Schritt gewesen, den ich unternommen hätte. Ich hatte gehofft, dass vielleicht jemand die Problematik mit 1&1 zuvor schonmal untergekommen ist, bevor ich die htaccess-Datei zeilenweise durchflöhe. Werde das aber jetzt trotzdem im Nachgang nochmal durchgehen und mein Ergebnis dann hier posten, vielleicht hilft es dem nächsten mit einem ähnlichen Problem. :-)
