Contao Demo - Installationsfehler

Hallo zusammen,

ich arbeite mich gerade etwas in Contao 4.x ein.

Zu Übungszwecken wollte ich das Paket official-demo-master installieren-

Leider funktioniert das nicht.

    - Can only install one of: contao-components/highlight[9.0.0, 10.2.1].

Soweit ich das sehe, gibt es noch keine Version für Contao 4.10, kann mich aber auch täuschen.

Beim Pakete Upload sehe ich gerade diese Info:

Die composer.json Schema-Validierung ist fehlgeschlagen. Error validating /version: The property version is required

Dann hast du wohl Recht.

Dann muss ich wohl 4.10 löschen und die 4.9 LTS installieren.

Ja, zumindest interpretiere ich das hier auf Packagist für die dev-master so:

Requires

    contao-community-alliance/composer-plugin: ~3.0
    contao/core-bundle: ~4.9.1

~4.9.1 schliesst m.E. jedenfalls 4.10.x aus.

Hallo zusammen,

unter 4.9 hat die Demo Installation geklappt.

Nun stelle ich fest. Die Menüpunkte im Backend sind alle auf Englisch. Kann man diese auf Deutsch umstellen?

Das lässt sich normalerweise im Backend - in den Benutzereinstellungen unter Backend-Einstellungen - umstellen.

Warum habe ich das übersehen

Wahrscheinlich weil es früher beim Backend-Login-Fenster einzustellen war. Du dürftest mich jetzt auch nicht fragen, was man bei den Benutzereinstellungen mittlerweile alles einstellen kann. Da müsste ich auch erst mal reinschauen.

Die Demo kann nun mit der Version "dev-release/official-demo-for-contao-4.10.5" unter Contao 4.10.5 installiert werden. Die Version ist nicht final. Wir besprechen gerade, inwiefern man zukünftig die Demo versioniert um sie klarer mit der gültigen Contao Version zu verknüpfen (siehe dazu hier: https://github.com/contao/official-d...ment-747091670)

Es gibt nun einen offiziellen Release 4.10.0 der Demo für Contao 4.10 (ab 4.10.5 aufwärts): https://packagist.org/packages/conta...al-demo#4.10.0

Außerdem, gerade ganz frisch der Release 4.11.0 für Contao 4.11 (ab 4.11.1 aufwärts): https://packagist.org/packages/conta...al-demo#4.11.0

Wie man sehen kann, schwingt die Demo in Major und Minor Verson im Kleichtakt zu Contao ... die Patch Nummer wird zur Feinjustage genutzt.
