ISP Config Nginx Server - instalation with Contao-manager

Hi,
I tried many times to install last Contao to ISP Config Nginx Server, but still unsuccessful.
My automatically Root folder on the server is the web (/var/www/mydomain/web). I tried, like on other servers. to create new structure MyWeb/web/contao-manager.phar.php , and now I have next full path: /var/www/mydomain/web/MyWeb/web/contao-manager.phar.php
I can't start Contao installation and I don't know what is the problem. I have always error "404 Not found" or "No input file specified".
I found many similar problems on the internet, but for me unuseful.
Does anyone have a suggestion, or hint, for this problem?

I'm new on nginx myself, but maybe it's a problem of location in the nginx configuration

I had to correct mine to

location ~ ^/(app|app_dev|config|install|preview|contao-manager\.phar)\.php(/|$) {

Maybe check if the parent directory is really empty and has the correct permissions.
