Cookie Erweiterung /Manager läuft ohne Ende

Hallo,
beim Installieren von der Cookie bar ist bei entpacken wohl irgnedetwas schief gelaufen. Ich habe schon mehrfach task.json rausgelöscht, abe im Hintergrund scheint der Manager noch immer zu laufen. Ich nutze contao 4.9 mit folgenden Erweiterungen

Was kann ich tun, damit der Manager im Hintergrund aufhört zu installieren bzw zu entpacken...?
