[solved] Unzip
Thyon --
I've installed the unzip extension as it was requested by a client.
How do I enable permissions to allow a user account to unzip files? Right now, I can unzip files as an administrator, but the client account does not show the unzip icon at all in the file manager, and I don't see an option to allow it.
Thanks!

Re: SOLVED: Unzip
Under User Group Permissions -> File Operation Permissions -> "Edit Files in the Source Editor" needs to be checked.

Re: SOLVED: Unzip
There isn't a permission problem, because normally this extension is available to all users, there is no restriction, unless you prevent access to this extension in the user and group settings.

Re: SOLVED: Unzip
Thanks Thyon,
I went back and double-checked --
The behavior that I am getting on TL 2.7.5 with Unzip 0.3.2 Build 24 is if I uncheck "Edit Files in the Source Editor" under File Permissions for a user group, the Unzip icon does not appear at all in the file manager for that group.
I don't know if this is an intended behavior -- just wanted to let you know.

Re: SOLVED: Unzip
Maybe leo's code prevents additional buttons if this option is not checked, e.g. only basic file functions are then allows, rename, delete, copy...

Re: [solved] Unzip
I've found this bug. You now can safely ONLY select edit, copy files and it will enable the zip icon. You don't have to enable source files at all...
