Hello,
Just a little message to tell you that I have published a module which extract comments left on a page with the plugin Facebook comment box (http://developers.facebook.com/docs/...gins/comments/) to get them crawled and indexed for SEO purpose.

One Question:
Is it possible to mix the normal Contao comments with the facebook comments?
Not every Visitor has an FB Account and thex should leave a comment like the rest i think.
So it would be the best to select what you want:
- leave a normal comment
- comment with FB
I think this should work with two comments on one side.. but that would be not so nice, because the timeline is in both...

You can include both of them in the same page as it is a module.
To leave a comment, you can include the facebook code in the same page than the contao comment module. The user can choose which to use.
For the result page it's the same, you can put 2 modules in your page; The only thing it doesn't do is to mix the two sources.

Thats the point i thought about. the mixing thing would be realy nice. But i don't know how this should work.
I think i saw that at WP comments (there are 3 types of writing i think). Maybe someone has an idea how this could work.

Edit: Maybe the FB comments should be saved in contao at the same time it will post at facebook... Maybe that would be a way to have something like that. In the output the comment can have an extra link and an FB icon...
Is there a way I can get this to work for blog comments? At the moment if I put the Facebook code into my blog reader and comment on it you can see the same comment on every blog post.
Is it possible to have individual comments for each post without having to get a different custom code for each one?

in order to have it separate you need to have different URL in the facebook comment module. the reference point is the url given in the script not the page in which you are displaying the results...
You could display comments from any other site !!!... and get them indexed with your pages.

Could you hard copy your configuration?
When I insert it via content element to page than the page FB comment is empty (just blank space where is hould be placed). The URL is pointed to page where comment is inserted.
Which config can I paste?
The first thing you need to do is to configure the page in which you will store the comments (see below) [attachment=1:3iybbvgv]Config1.JPG[/attachment:3iybbvgv]
Then you need include the HTML code provided by facebook in a page something like :
