Need help and can pay a little to get it!

I Have made a CSS template and need to get this working in typolight.

To clarify what I need so that there is no misunderstandings. I am having problems getting the menu looking like it does on my template http://www2.tyresomoderaterna.se/look_like_this/. This has probably something to do with that I am yeat not that good on CSS.
