Events / Calendar feed

For a site I created a Course calendar, but I have a few problems. Maybe some people know the answers / workarounds.

1. I checked 'create a feed' and gave the feed a name, but the links in the feed go to the standard event-page although I set the source to a internal page, thus resulting in a 404. Is there a way to let the links in the rss also point to the internal page?
2. Is there a possibility to link the rss with a e.g. <link href="rss.xml" type="application/rss+xml" rel="alternate" title="Sitewide RSS Feed" /> tag in the head automaticly?

And a wish: the possibility to create an event that takes place on irregular dates, instead of every x day/week/etc.
