Export to Excel: How to?

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to create some kind of ERP system based on Typolight and almost finished it, but I'm stuck now with big problem, Export to excel, there are no any documentation at all (even on original project http://sourceforge.net/projects/xls-exportclass/), I cannot find any working examples or anything to start from...
I've installed xls_export, EFG and efgExcel extentions, to be able to generate, as I can understand, form with EFG with ability to export to excel, even this I'm unable to do :( ... But finally I need some code to use in my own PHP, so I can easely fill all data, what I want, to send to excel (97). This will be monthly reports, with ability to change date interval.

If anyone can help me with any relevant information this will be great!

Can anyone help me understand how this plugin is used with contao?

No problem to use only: http://sourceforge.net/projects/xls-exportclass/
But coupled with Contao is the bug
