Where has the template setup gone in Layout

I am using the demo and I cannot find the Templates link under Layout. Where has this moved to?

Did you disable the Templates module in Settings? This would cause it to go away in the left menu.

No I didn't :) this is in the Demo Typolight site which I presumed should not have this deactivated :)

I must need new glasses as I cannot see where this is deactivated in Settings.

On the Settings page, there is a section called "Inactive extensions".
