2.8.1 and 2.8.2 CE Flash Module not working

I'm having problems with the ce_flash module in 2.8.1 and 2.8.2 , module is version 4.0.0 . The Flash vars field is extended past the field for the required browser version so that you don't see this. I'm getting multiple errors using a Flash header probably because of this, several of the errors refer to browser version.

I've tried updating the extension, and rolling it back to v3.0.0 but when you click on the link for the older version, it only loads the damaged 4.0.0. I also tried updating Typolight to v2.8.2 but the Flash Vars field still is extending over top of the required Flash version.

Anyone got any suggestions on this? I'm having to go to a fallback javascript call to embed the Flash.
