##unsubscribe## link in Newsletter

This fantasy simple token has been invented by many Contao users and people wished of its existence, including me.
I am looking for solution to :
1. Send a confirmation email when a subscriber actives the newletter activation email (yes once again). Including at the bottom of mail a simple link saying unsubscribe. By Click this link, he should be automatically removed from subscribtion list (without asking him to enter his email one more time).

2. Almost same a above No1, at the bottom of every newsletter mail you send, a (the same) unsubscribe link. Again without anoying him by asking to fill his email.

Has any one pondered upon this situation and came up with any working solution. Please share us.
