Alternative ICON for Edit Multiple

I've made a suggestion to add a featured button to News, Events, etc. so when this get's implemented the "star" icon will be confusing, as that will be used for the feature item. Since leo has accepted this feature request, you can replace the old (you can back up old old file) file with this new icon. It looks great in the back-end and is also a little clearer of what it's going to do.
