Upload a file wmv

I'm simply trying to upload a file.

I'm going into File Manager. Hit File Upload. Nothing happens. Is this supposed to have a popup or a new window to browse to the file on my computer I want to upload?

Also having the same issue with New Folder as I wanted to create a separate folder for this file. Click on New Folder. Again nothing happens.

Am I just going about this wrong?

System log is giving me:
Image "tl_files/1540/news pictures/keri_peterson.jpg" could not be processed …

I don't even know what that is for as it's not what I'm even attempting to upload.

Also in Personal Data you may need to disable Fancy Upload if its still not working, as some installations have trouble with it.

Thanks. Worked for jpg but not video file. I ftp'd.

check that Settings::Files and Images::Upload file types includes wmv
