A gallery extension without meta.txt to add img title

Hallo friends.
I need a gallery extension that can add images as separate content items with extra fields (title, description)
and show my own title in a lightbox for each image (by default it is filename).

For example I create gallery, click "add image", select image file and fill-in a title (or some extra fields) . Every image looks like content blocks in an separate article.

It's look like:
Gallery1
- image1 (Mytitle, descr)
- image2 (Mytitle, descr)
Gallery2
- image1 (Mytitle, descr)
- image2 (Mytitle, descr)

When user opens an img in a lightbox he see a MyTitle as title.

Can YOU recommend me any extension to do it? :?: :?:
