Catalog question [solved]

Hi everybody,
I was wondering if it was possible to add a link to a catalog item.
For example, I'd like to fill in a catalog with this columns:

Nr. Position Section Employer's Name
1 Employee First John Doe

Under the "Employer's Name" column, I'd like to add to each person's name a link to their personal website.

How can I achieve that?

Not sure if catalog has a better method, but you can add a text field and using custom templates you insert the contents inside the href attribute (<a href="..insert the field here..">)
