Upgrading Typolight 2.5.9 to Contao 2.9.2 - Losing Modules?

Hello all,

I'm fairly new to Contao/Typolight and have been tasked with upgrading an existing site on 2.5.9 of Typolight to the latest (or close enough) version of Contao.

The installer did a great job so far, but I can't seem to get the modules from the original site to be properly installed/usable.

When I view the "Extension manager" there don't seem to be any modules installed.

Any help, even in the form of some further reading articles, would be greatly appreciated.

in the Extension manager you see the extensions that have been loaded with the manager.

In Typolight 2.5.9 Extension manager not exist .
You must reload all the extension by Extension manager

How do I do this? The extensions don't seem to have equivalent versions in the repository, and the only other option I can see is to install them by name. And any name I can think of for the extensions doesn't seem to work.

Do I need to go into the code and upgrade these extensions in order for them to work with Contao?

Yes, you should look for them in the repository and install them.
If you no longer exist, you must find such an extension
