if I am right, the tax rates shown should be
1. price/(100+tax)*100) (tax already included in price, so 15,50 is 106%)
2. price/100*(100+tax) (tax not included so the price 15,50 is 100%)
Since isotope doesn't know if you entered the price with taxes or without (depending if you made a b2c or b2b shop), you have the possibility to set that in store configuration.
Look under tax classes in the store configuration. Under Tax rates you have 2 not very obvious possibilities.
1. Tax rate included with product price - to tell the store that this tax is already included in the price
2. Apply tax rates - to tell the store it should add the tax to the store
You should select only one of the options
