LOCK TABLES error please help

We have a developer that's working on a website for us. Everything was going fine, but we've now had issue with the site freezing and even caused our server to crash which is not ideal.

We've done some digging of our own and found the following error reported:

We've tried to ask the developer to fix this issue, but they are lost for an answer and hence we have been left with this problem. We would very much appreciate the cantao community give us some advise on this or even better help us fix the problem. We would even consider paying someone to fix this issue and get the website completed if that's what was needed.

If anyone can help I would be very appreciative.

I have the same problem, could it be possible that you give us your solution ?
We are stuck on this problem from more than 10 days. We think that it's maybe come from the Data Base of Godaddy (lock, or config) but after different conf call with them the problem stays the same. If you have an answer or even a part of it it would be awsome :) ! Thank you in advance.
