What happens if a placed order redirects to a payment gateway, but after the payment had been made the return URL somehow goes wrong (server error, user closes window before redirect or whatever reason). This happened over here with an order where to client DID complete payment, but was not returned to the webstore. The order doesn't show until I spot it in the database and change its status.
