[rep_updatedb] BE Shortcut for Update Database

This is a rather nice shortcut for updating the DB without having to go through the Extension Manager, which normally takes a long time to display the list of extensions.

Very Handy for developers who are creating their own extensions to constantly update the DB.

The new cache mechanism in Contao3 has problems (The language file caching does not work) with PHP-Files having ?>at the end of the file.
