Contao change characters " ' with \

I have a problem with a site realized under CONTAO (v. 3.5.14). This is the first time this has happened to me and I have been using this solution for years.

On this site, when I save an article, Contao automatically replaces all the "and" characters with "". Therefore, whenever I want to modify a text that contains for example the term s'applique, it becomes s\'applique. If I save three times for example, it becomes s'\\\applique.

Have you ever encountered this problem ?

I have never observed this. But in any case you should definitely update to at least Contao 3.5.33.
