I have made several metamodels catalogs.
All working well.
Except one.
The redirect from my MM list works to the page I have created. But.... the page is named: .html
There is no name generated.
I KNOW this is entered/arranged somewhere. But I have been clicking through all the items and I just cannot seem to find it.
I also do not see any significant differences with the working catalogs.
But lost here...
you have a link (named "redirect" ?) from your mm fe list to your mm fe detail?
at wich URL can I found this?

in your URL I miss the alias to filter the detail page..
This is where I have got to be missing something.
The alias is made in my attributes.
Filter is made (simplelookup / auto_item) and connected to this alias.
There must be another step which I must have done correct with the other 3 catalogs, but cannot seem to find now.
you must at the render settings of your list config the url to the detail page AND the filter
pls loog at the "debug" array - you should find [jumpTo][deep] => 1 and [jumpTo][deep] => <our URL>
and... activate your .htaccess and change to urls without index.php
I have added the url and filter to the list render settings.
This is why it is so odd, I have looked over everything and the settings are identical to the other catalogs which are working fine even without activating the pretty url.
This is with debugging:
[deep] => 1
[url] => index.php/fokmerries/.html
I have just deleted the filter, cleared the cache. Remade and connected the filter, but with the same result.
I did add the url and filter to my list render settings. just like I did with the other three catalogs, who work fine even without the pretty url.

To my vague knowledge there is a place where you can enter another name for the url output rather then then an attribute field. But this I just cannot find.

Beats me.... I have deleted a whole lot and remade it. And now it is working.
But without knowing what went wrong....

I am posting in this thread again, because I have a similar problem now.
The detailpage is generated from the name in the list. When there is one word, no problem. But with two words the link is generated with a + instead of a _
For example:
The name is Hometown Hero
Link should be hometown_hero.html, but metamodels creates Hometown+hero.html
Where is this generated?

Well yes it does.
But I do not really see a solution?
I still do not exactly see how this alias is generated.
In the alias attribute you can select the field. I selected name. But when i select another attribute, it does not change.
Therefore it is hard for me to figure out where to fix this. Or even change this.
The alias-Field is only generated when the content of the other field is changed. So you will have to change the other field, when you need to generate it new.
As you can see you need an alias-Field. So just configure your field as you need it and go on ;-)
