what is the way to open one infowindow the link in the same page?
I would like to create a map like this

I wish by clicking the numbers of the seats, open the appropriate infowindow

It is done with iframes and the Google Api. Google has a lot of documentation about this, you can start here: https://developers.google.com/maps/ or here: https://developers.google.com/maps/documentation/
There may be extensions that can help; Google maps is popular. I know I did this as a test and it is mostly javascript. But I didn't use an existing extension.
You can try dlh_googlemaps for 3.1, cfs_maps for 3.1 or openmap for 2.11
