Enclosures
Usually I use enclosures by inserting a separate content element and selecting "download".
Then I can use "Download Stats" to monitor how often each is downloaded.
I have a design that requires downloads to be displayed in a table with 2 columns and multiple rows.
As I cannot us individual elements within a table, is there another way to do this?

Re: Enclosures
Gary, I've heard the term "enclosures" a few times, but don't understand what it means.
What are enclosures exactly?

Re: Enclosures
Hi ramjet,
I think I got that from the news module, in a news item you can select to add an "enclosure", which I think just means downloadable file.
The neat thing is that it adds a mime_type icon to the link, and also the kb size of the file.
Example here: http://www.precicut.co.uk/latest-promot ... mills.html

Re: Enclosures
Cheers, I looked it up!
An enclosure describes an attached media object (url, byte size and mime type).
As to your question... if you give each separate content element the same class (fixed width/height and float left) and place in either a right column or a custom div that is twice as wide as the content element - would that not force them to wrap into two-column rows?

Re: Enclosures
Thanks ramjet, at least one of us is thinking laterally, and it's not me!
Cheers for your help.
