Is it possible to use Contao in 4 languages, one of them being Japanese? It's an e-commerce website. I'd like to have an idea of the amount of work involved in this. What would I need to do? I need to prepare a quote for a client.

How much time would it take to create a multilingual site using this programme? Do I need an extra domain name?
