Add image in article doesn't resize the image

Hello,

as it is stated in subject, I have problem with adding images into an article. System doesn't do anything with image, and just shows it in original size disturbing the page layout. Moo_Mediabox is activated in layout, and picture format jpg is allowed in settings/editable file types.

I presume you've already made custom settings to the individual image size/dimensions in the article elements or in the wysiwyg.

If that doesn't work, it could be something to to with your GD Library on your server, confirm that GD support is enabled.

I tried to add it in news teaser in news content elements, and later in regular article using "Image settings" - Add image, option just below TinyMC editor.

Maybe, something with settings? Maximum width and height of image that GD should try to process? I will try with different sizes of image.

Using GDlib, Contao creates thumbnails and puts them in the folder /system/html
Are the permissions for it correct? It should be writeable.

To check, use the Contao System Check Tool

apart from that I'm stumped :(

Resizing for favicon extension has worked, but in articles not. Well, I can use smaller images, or insert them with TinyMce editor. I can without it, for now.

There are just a few unresolved things such are:

Why (only) in Opera browser my pages are lowered sometimes (2x margin-top), until I hover with mouse pointer over the main navigation, when all returns to its' place :roll:

Why system remove "j" letter from page links so the subpage domain/vijesti is translated into domain/viesti etc. :roll:

I finally succeed to resolve this, although I am not sure what was the problem. I changed "Files and images" settings in back end accordingly to the demo website, and now it works. :!: :?:

The global configuration variable "allowedDownload" has been changed from "xls,doc,pdf,rar,docx,xlsx,jpg,gif,png" to "jpg,jpeg,gif,png,doc,xls,ppt,odt,ods,odp,pdf,mp3,wma,wmv,ram,rm,mov"
