I found a bug in the filters of catalog. I use contao 2.11.2 and catalog 2.0.0 beta2 revison 61
When you select a option in filter the url is :
http://www.website/com/EN/page/language/EN/filter/word.html
Why do we find two times the standard language?

Sorry, but you misunderstood! Actually, I did not pointed you to a page where you may have found an obsolete (!) download link.
You have to use a SVN client to check-out the latest repository version. This can be done by using one of the following command line commands:

There are also many GUIs to maintain and work with SVN repositories.
Further information on SVN you find certainly on Google.

Okay, I did the job for you. Attached you find the latest SVN version (revision 372). Try to update your existing catalog extension and check if your mentioned problem still persists there. If you do the manual update make sure to update the database accordingly.

It's not outdated, it is actually quite up-to-date. As you can see here, the last revision r372 was yesterday!
Do you have other (catalog) extensions installed?
I have catalog_templategenerator
I would try to disable (temporary) as many extensions as you can. You can do this in the back end module "Settings" > "Inactive extensions". Then, if the problem no longer occurs reenable the extensions again one after the other (step by step).
Always the error message!! :cry:

Ah, that is, why I couldn't find the ticket: you actually placed the bug report into the wrong project!

Is there any chance of getting a copy of the latest version of the catalog in a zip file? i see it is now up to version 391 and the last link in here was 372.

Yes, I have played with MetaModels a bit and considered it for this project. Will there be a stable release in the repository soon? Like this week? I need something solid to work off now.

How come the latest catalog SVN version doesn't get put up in the ER? Is it just stable enough and anyone who wants updates can use the SVN?
The Problem is: its not so stable... and xtra don't want such an unstable thing in the ER... OK, everyone knows that the ER Version is even more unstable.. but... i don't know.. hope this will come sometimes...
But: The MetaModels are out and they are better then the catalog... its not so easy (haha), but its realy a nice thing. So the catalog will not go on..
