Contao and websockets - LIVE SCORES page

Hello,

I don't know much about Symphony, and I don't know almost anything about websockets, but I would like to know is it possible to build a live score page inside the Contao CMS?

I am running one Contao 4.4.20 website, and on another side I have REST-API source of data with live events which are delivered in the form of JSON file.

All resources I found didn't give me clear answer is it possible with Contao.

So, if someone have some idea where I can start, I will appreciate.
