Export a complete site for translation with CAT tools

There is a very old thread asking if it is possible to export a complete site for translation, that allows the finished translation to be read back in. There was, however, no answer.

This functionality is standard with some CMS systems. Usually the site is exported as a single XML file that we translators can process easily in a CAT environment.

This means very little extra work for webmasters (and translators!). Does Contao offer this function?
