Yea I tried creating a table in phpMyAdmin, but the data didnt store, it was probably because I have no experience with mysql at all.

EFG kept getting errors and didnt work either,...

I have tested my form a few times, and it works in that the MySql table is filled in.

But I never get the confirmation email.

Also submit by email doesnt work.
