Migrate from Joomla

Hi there.
I have a Joomla-site with some 3000 textpages, and Lunarpages complains about too high cpu-usage.
The site is really simple, containing some few hundred books chaptervise and organized in sektions and kategories.
Would this be an adequate task for Typolight?
Would there be an elegant way to import these texts from the running Joomla-installation?

Lunarpages is an oversell hosting
oversell hosting such as lunarpages,ixwebgosting usually have many problems

i am using downtownhosting and hawkhost they are better

Yes, I regret the deal with Lunarpages and plan to moove.
What do you think: Would Typolight serve my 3000+ textpages better than Joomla?
