Custom layout sections

Hi does anybody know where you put yout .tbl file if you have defined it in the Custom layout sections section in settings, as Im tyring to create a custom page layout from an existing template as per the support video.

you create a custom section in settings and then you define in page layout where it goes

no need to create a custom tpl file
