Efg on 2.7.6

Hi!
I have problem with sending confirmation email.
... have created form and Send confirmation via e-mail it's enabled, but when I fill it on frontend mail does not go anyware ... I get blank page. Data stored normaly.

Hi!
I found "error" ... efg does'n work on clean install 2.7.6!
First install 2.7.5, after that install efg and create form with all .... After that you update on 2.7.6 and all works fine!

Hi, I am having the same issue. I get an email with a blank page.

I upgraded from 2.75 to 2.76 not sure this ever worked before however as I'm building my first TL site.
