A couple of filter questions

I have a catalog filter here:

1) If I make a selection form one dropdown it immediately takes me to the reader page. I want to make a selection for each of the drop downs and be taken to the reader page only when I hit "Go" - Any ideas how I can achieve this?

2) Rather than select the exact number of bedrooms, I would like to select the minimum number of bedrooms that a property should have, is this possible? If so how?

Were you able to fix point 1) ?

This is exactly the problem I am having, I want the user to be able to select more than one filter option before the search is started.
