Broken news links in Twitter

Hello,

We are using Newstwitter extension.

After extension installation everything works perfect. However, when you actually click on a link in twitter then it opens empty page (newsreader).

Basically, when we publish news then incomplete link is sent to twitter. See example below. For all news we have number 13.
http://www.mysite.com/index.php?id=13

However, it should be sending full link http://www.mysite.com/index.php?id=13&items=142 where items is actual news id.

Does anyone know why &items=142 get lost?

We only got an issue with index.php?id=

Is there any way to make this working without turning on page alias?
