adding A Additional Chekbox Field to The Registration

hay Contao Forum, My Boss wants me to Add a New check box field to the User registration On our Homepage. Although I'm not completely shure I'm qualified to do the Job I'd like to give it a shot...
I know a little PHP and I'm not to Bad with HTML either. at first i tryed finding a tutorial on the WEB ... yes you guessed It, still no solution.
All i Need is jutst a little 'mandatory' Chekbox with text on the side. the website is supposed to online tomorrow and i would really really appreciate your help guys... :D :D

It should show you how.
