    Default chinese language website

    Hi All,

If I want to create a Chinese language website using change language extension, I set the ISO-639-1 language code to 'zh'
however there is no matching flag in the media/images folder.

There is the chinese flag 'cn.gif' but this has no matching ISO lang code ?
The English language flag is the flag of the UK, so should the chinese language flag be renamed to 'zh.gif' ?

    see: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_ISO_639-1_codes

    Hi,

it seems that you hit good point!

I think that changelanguage confused btween country code (ISO 3166-1) and language code (ISO 639-1).
Most of files under changeelanguage/media/images looks name of country code, not language code.

For example, "jp" in "jp.gif" is country and it should be "ja.gif" if it should be langauge.

It might help looking at key of "system/modules/backend/languages/en/countries.php" and
    "system/modules/backend/languages/en/languages.php".

    Best regards.
